Sacred Bill Tracker — Account Deletion
Effective date: May 9, 2026
You can delete your Sacred Bill Tracker account and all associated data at any time. We provide two ways to do it: in-app (recommended) or by emailing us.
Option 1 — Delete from Inside the App (Recommended)
Open Sacred Bill Tracker on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the Settings tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the action when prompted.
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
Option 2 — Email Request
If you can’t access the app, email us at sacredbilltracker@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Account” from the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account and all data within 7 business days and reply to confirm.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from our systems: your authentication record (Sign in with Apple identifier); all bills, amounts, due dates, categories, recurrence settings, auto-pay status, and notes you entered; bill buckets and sort preferences; Partner Budgeting invitations and partner connections; and push notification device tokens linked to your account.
What Is Not Stored With Your Account
Sacred Bill Tracker does not collect or store payment card information, social security numbers, bank account credentials, or biometric data. Subscription billing is handled by Apple — to cancel a subscription, open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device.
Backups and Logs
For security and reliability purposes, encrypted backups may retain your data for up to 30 days after deletion before being permanently overwritten. After this window, no copy of your data remains.
