Sacred Pathway Driver Hub — Privacy Policy

Sacred Pathway LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates the Sacred Pathway Driver Hub mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable Apple-issued user identifier and (if you allow it) the email address you choose to share. This is stored securely on Supabase, our cloud database provider.

Business Data: You may enter load details, revenue, expenses, driver information, and broker contacts. This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the app's features.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information (device model, OS version) for crash reporting and app improvement purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the app's core features (load tracking, expense tracking, settlement calculations, paystub generation).

To generate PDF paystubs and settlement reports.

To manage your subscription and process payments through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

To improve the app and fix bugs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with Supabase (authentication, cloud database hosting, and private file storage, encrypted at rest and in transit) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, and subscription/payment processing through the App Store).

We will never share your financial data, load information, or driver details with brokers, competitors, or any other third party.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted database storage, row-level security policies, and optional app-level PIN/Face ID protection. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by contacting us at demarquishinton@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Sacred Pathway Driver Hub is a business tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also export your data (settlements, loads, expenses) as PDF reports from within the app. For data requests, contact us at the email below.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
