Sacred Pathway Driver Hub — Privacy Policy

Sacred Pathway LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Sacred Pathway Driver Hub mobile application on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app on either platform.

  1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we receive an email address and (on iOS) a stable Apple-issued user identifier, or (on Android) a username and password. On iOS, you may sign in with Apple, in which case Apple may share your email if you choose. On Android, you sign in directly with an email address and password. All account information is stored securely on Supabase, our cloud database provider.

Business Data: You may enter load details, revenue, expenses, driver information, broker contacts, and compliance documents. This data belongs to you and is used solely to provide the app’s features.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information (device model, OS version, app version) for crash reporting and app improvement purposes.

Subscription Data: When you purchase a Pro or Carrier subscription, the platform store (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play Store on Android) handles the transaction. We receive a confirmation that your subscription is active but do not access your payment method or billing details.

  1. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the app’s core features (load tracking, expense tracking, settlement calculations, paystub generation, IFTA reports, compliance documents).

• To generate PDF paystubs, settlement reports, and IFTA quarterly reports.

• To manage your subscription and verify entitlements through Apple’s In-App Purchase system (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).

• To improve the app, fix bugs, and respond to support requests.

  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with:

• Supabase — for authentication, cloud database hosting, and private file storage. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

• Apple (iOS only) — for Sign in with Apple and subscription/payment processing through the App Store.

• Google (Android only) — for subscription billing through the Google Play Store. Google receives only the information necessary to process the transaction (you and Google’s standard purchase metadata); we do not transmit your business data to Google.

We will never share your financial data, load information, or driver details with brokers, competitors, or any other third party.

  1. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)

• Encrypted database storage at rest

• Row-level security policies (every user can only access their own data)

• Optional app-level PIN protection

• Optional biometric unlock — Face ID and Touch ID on iOS, Fingerprint and Face Unlock on Android

While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

  1. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account

• By email: jamie@sacredpathway.org

Upon account deletion, all associated data (profile, loads, expenses, paystubs, attached documents) will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Sacred Pathway Driver Hub is a business tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

  1. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may exercise these rights through the in-app settings or by contacting us at jamie@sacredpathway.org.

Residents of California (CCPA), the European Union (GDPR), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), and other jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights regarding their personal data, including the right to portability, the right to object, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, communicated via the app.
