Sacred Pathway Driver Hub — Terms of Service

Welcome to Sacred Pathway Driver Hub. By downloading, installing, or using this application on iOS or Android, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service Description
Sacred Pathway Driver Hub is a mobile application that helps trucking owner-operators and small carriers manage financial operations including load tracking, expense tracking, settlement calculations, paystub generation, IFTA reporting, and compliance document storage. The app is provided by Sacred Pathway LLC and distributed via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Account Registration
To use the app, you must create an account. On iOS, you may sign in with Apple. On Android, you sign in with an email address and password. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Sacred Pathway Driver Hub offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Carrier). Paid subscriptions are billed through the platform store you downloaded the app from:
• iOS: Apple In-App Purchase, through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
• Android: Google Play Billing, through your Google Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Free Tier: Manual load entry, basic settlement calculation, and basic dashboard. No payment required.
Pro Tier: Unlimited loads and expenses, branded PDF paystub export, IFTA tracking, compliance hub, document vault, app lock with biometrics. Billed monthly or annually.
Carrier Tier: Everything in Pro, plus multi-driver management, per-driver settlements, custom branding on paystubs, and up to 10 drivers. Billed monthly or annually.
Free Trials: Eligible new customers may receive a free trial period as displayed in the app’s paywall at the time of purchase. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective refund policies. We cannot issue platform-store refunds directly; please contact Apple or Google for refund inquiries.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes related to trucking and freight operations. You may not:
• use the app for any illegal activity;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app;
• share your account credentials with unauthorized users;
• upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the system;
• use the app to generate fraudulent financial documents.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the app (loads, expenses, driver information, settlement records, attached documents). We act only as a custodian of this data on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.sacredpathway.org/sacredpathway-driver-hub-privacy for details on how we store, process, and protect your data.
You may export your data at any time via in-app PDF generation or by emailing jamie@sacredpathway.org to request a full export.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
• the app will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• calculations (settlements, profit per mile, IFTA totals) are accurate for tax or regulatory purposes — you remain responsible for verifying figures with a qualified accountant or tax professional;
• the app meets every regulatory requirement of every jurisdiction.
Sacred Pathway LLC is not a tax preparer, accountant, or attorney. Tax, accounting, and legal advice should be obtained from a qualified professional.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Pathway LLC is not liable for:
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you have paid Sacred Pathway LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. You may also delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, communicated via the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
